Designed for both men and women this beautiful handcrafted collar is very functional and will provide plenty of use. It is 1 1/4" wide and features a THREE large 2" O-ring for attaching a leash or cuffs to, with optional lining available. Available with either a roller buckle or hasp with padlock.
